At Meola Interiors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, please contact us at info@meolainteriors.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase to initiate a return. We will only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged.

Return Process: We will provide you with the necessary courier details for the return. It is your responsibility to contact the courier and arrange for the item to be sent back to us. Please ensure the item is returned within 14 days from the date you notify us of your intention to return it. Returns received after this deadline will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued.
Return Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the item, which ranges between £70 and £150 depending on your location, is your responsibility.
Condition of Returned Items: If the item is returned damaged—whether the damage occurred while in your possession or during transit back to us—a full refund will not be issued. In such cases, you will also be responsible for reclaiming the item.
Damaged Items Upon Arrival: If the item is damaged during transit to you or does not match the description provided, please contact us immediately. We strive for accuracy in our descriptions, so any claims of discrepancies or transit damage must be reported promptly for us to facilitate a refund and collection of the item.
